Frequently Ask & Questions
As our service is dependent on mobile operators, sometimes you may find your device offline which is completely out of our control. However, if the device is offline for more than 6-12 hours, you must contact our support. There are many pockets and the device may show offline due to GPS network capacity. Being offline for 10-60 minutes is not a problem from our side, we request you to wait for a while without panicking.
No GPS company in the world can guarantee 100% accuracy of the device's location in some situations. These conditions are if the car is parked in a garage, underground parking, or in an area with many tall buildings where the GPS signal is affected. The device's location may not show the exact location. However, if the location is not fully shown when the car is running, you can contact our hotline for a solution.
This is also a limitation of GPS tracking solutions. In some cases when the car is parked and the GPS signal is weak, the car may appear to be moving even though it is parked because the GPS signal fluctuates like the GSM network. In this case, you need to check the ignition status to verify the status of the car.
We cannot guarantee 100% accurate mileage reports as there are many factors related to mileage. In some cases, mileage reports may differ by up to (+-)5-15%. This is also a technical limitation of this industry.
In some cases some alert events may be missed due to server capacity and bottlenecks on our servers. Most of them may be with Ignition On Off alerts as this is the most triggered alert in our system.
In some cases we get complaints that the car is not starting and blame the GPS device for it. But in fact there are some other car related issues where your car may not start. Check the following to confirm the problem:
- Check the fuse box and see if any fuses have been disabled.
- Check the battery status, your battery may be drained.
- Check the electrical wires connected to the ignition or fuel pump.
If these problems do not occur, contact your car mechanic.
